Clip Crew

Your episodes, turned into ready-to-post short clips — done for you, every week.

The offer

You make a podcast, a coaching show, or a founder interview. Every episode is full of moments worth 30 seconds — and cutting them, captioning them, and posting them is a second job nobody signed up for. Clip Crew is that job, done for you: every month we turn your episodes into 12, 24, or 40 vertical clips with your captions, your handle, your look — sized for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.

You publish nothing yourself. You get one sheet a week: the clips we propose, with their hooks and suggested post times. You approve, swap, or skip — nothing ever posts without your approval — and the approved clips go out on schedule to your own accounts. Your accounts stay yours. Your raw footage never leaves your folder on our side and is never fed to third-party AI services.

First 3 clips are free. Email clips@orbitalfour.com a link to any recent episode. Within 48 hours you get three finished clips, cut from your episode, in your branding. No card, no contract, no call — post them or trash them, they're yours either way.

How it works

  1. You send the episode link. A URL, a file, or a Dropbox folder — whatever you already have. That's the whole list of things you do.
  2. We pick the moments. Every episode is transcribed and read end to end; only moments that stand alone — a real number, a finished story, a claim that pays off inside the clip — become cuts. Episodes with nothing worth cutting get told so honestly; we don't pad with weak clips, because weak clips are why people quit clipping services.
  3. Clips arrive ready to post. Vertical 9:16, captions burned in your style, your handle as the watermark, your headline on the hook, audio leveled to the social standard.
  4. You approve from one sheet. Each week's shortlist comes with hooks and suggested post times. Approve all, approve some, or swap a timestamp — standard turnaround is 48 hours, and if you go quiet the batch waits (the retainer clock pauses with it).
  5. Approved clips post on schedule to your connected accounts — spread across the week at sensible times, never dumped all at once. Once a month you get a one-screen review of what got watched, shared, and saved, and what that says about next month's picks.

An honest word about the price

AI clipping tools cost $15–30 a month. We use AI too — our clips are made with AI assistance, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you enjoy running a tool yourself, curating its output, fixing its captions, and keeping to a posting schedule, that is a perfectly good way to spend $20 a month and a few hours a week.

What you're buying from us is the part the tool doesn't sell: curation (which 30 seconds of a 60-minute episode is actually worth cutting — the difference between a clip people finish and a clip they scroll past), branding (every clip looks and reads like your show, week after week), and reliability (the clips show up every week whether the episode was recorded on Tuesday at noon or Sunday at midnight, and a human reads the transcript before anything renders). That's the whole pitch. The free samples let you judge it on your own episode instead of our word.

What the clips look like

Three frames from our demo run — cut from a public episode of Focus, France 24's English video podcast (their journalism, used here only to show the work; demo branding, not a client, and not an endorsement). Real samples for your show are cut from your episode with your handle and your colors:

Vertical clip with a yellow headline reading 'Plastic prices have doubled in Cairo' over video footage, captions burned in
Hook on screen for the first seconds — a claim, not clickbait the clip doesn't pay off.
Vertical clip with large burned-in captions reading about a district recycling 90 percent of its plastic
Captions burned in, timed word by word, styled to your show.
Vertical clip with a yellow headline and captions about recycled plastic prices, show handle in the corner
Your handle watermark, your accent color, one look every week.

Each clip is 1080×1920, loudness-normalized, and checked before it reaches your sheet — captions match the audio, the framing doesn't decapitate the speaker, the hook matches the content.

What it costs

Solo — CAD 400/month, 12 clips. Three clips a week from whatever you publish. One revision round per batch, weekly shortlist, 48-hour approval window. For shows publishing weekly or less.

Standard — CAD 650/month, 24 clips. Six clips a week — enough to feed two platforms without repeating a moment. Everything in Solo, plus per-platform formatting (a moment cut twice: punchy for TikTok/Reels, calmer for LinkedIn/YouTube), two revision rounds, and a monthly review note. The plan most weekly interview shows should be on.

Volume — CAD 900/month, 40 clips. Ten clips a week for daily-publishing shows and coaches with a back catalog. Everything in Standard, plus back-catalog mining on light weeks and priority in the render queue.

One-off — CAD 150 for a single episode's batch (up to 8 clips), if you want a paid trial or a taste of the back catalog.

Monthly invoices charge in advance. Cancel at any month end — no lock-in, no setup fee. Unapproved clips roll over one month, never longer.

Start with three free clips

Email clips@orbitalfour.com with a link to any recent episode. You'll have three finished clips from it within 48 hours — free, in your branding, yours to post or trash. If they land the way you hope, a plan starts at CAD 400 a month. If they don't, you spent nothing and you keep the clips.
